The specialty coffee Caffè Aguacate was born on January 4, 2022 in Novi Ligure in the province of Alessandria (AL), from the idea of two entrepreneur friends, who wanted to embark on the path of selling a particular type of coffee, specialty coffee.
Initially aiming to enhance it in the local territory, and then moving on to the national and European territory.
Today the specialty coffee Caffè Aguacate has chosen to expand by opening a sales point in Genoa (GE) in Vico della Casana 5/A in Italy (IT)
The aim is to provide a direct service to our customers and to ensure that our specialty coffee can be tasted by customers before purchasing and we decided to open a point of sale.
To best handle our customers' requests, we work with a team of external professionals, including a packaging company to prepare the material needed to ship specialty coffee and a shipping company to make quick deliveries, so we can always provide fresh specialty coffee.
And,
very importantly, I work closely with the producer of this specialty coffee, Mr.
Pablo Eguiguren, owner and grandson of the founder of the finca El Aguacate,
located in Loja in Ecuador at an altitude of 2100 meters above sea level where
this specialty coffee is grown. Today the "Specialty Coffee Coffee Aguacate", continues to grow with passion and excellence offering its customers a unique experience.
Cultivating a sustainable future through coffee. The mission of "Specialty Coffee Caffè Aguacate" is to produce a specialty coffee that not only delights those who taste it, but also contributes to the well-being of the environment and local communities.
The farm "Specialty coffee Caffè Aguacate" with a sustainable approach operates according to an agro-silvo pastoral system, which combines agricultural, forestry and grazing practices while respecting the ecosystem.
This approach guarantees the conservation of soil, biodiversity and water resources, creating a balance between agricultural production and environmental protection.
